Refund policy

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date on all purchases. All items must be new merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package, if possible.

If the product was delivered with a damage or incorrect item we will cover the shipping fees for a return or exchange.

Blanks by Thirteen reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet returns quality check and our return criteria.

International Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international sales are considered final. Please double-check sizing, product details, and your order before completing your purchase.
